Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury timepiece; if you are not, we offer a 30-day return window for all automatic mechanical watches in their original, unworn condition. Please ensure all protective films and original packaging are intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the timepiece you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Place the watch in its original presentation box with all manuals and warranty cards, then pack it securely inside a shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid insured shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master watchmakers verify the movement and condition of the returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
